    So the alley-cat kicks off and it's Margery st first.Checkpoint says head to a square nearby where we're directed to Bartholomew lane ec2.I'm thinking it's gotta be near the hospital so head off with the rest following.Get down there and sure enough there's a checkpoint.Must drink a beer then go.Dazzler says,"Have you been to the bank yet?"Eh?
    F*CK!!!! Missed a checkpoint and so has everyone but not everyone knows it!I tell Jos the Boss and we agree to get it at the end.On to sarf London and going along nicely til we get to checkpoint and have to eat a doughnut-an evil thing to do-back over the river to a few in w1 then to the Foundry Old st.Me, Jos and Vojtech along Theobalds Me,"What about the missed checkpoint?"Jos."you get it I'll chase the pack ahead."Glad he said that as I'm running out of steam now.Get to Bartholomew lane by the Bank of England and call Dazzler,"I'm at Bart lane but no-one here!" "Just come in mate."At the foundry and learn I'm fourth but the only one to complete the race.Everyone following me to St Barts was a stroke of luck.I f8cking won it!
    Note to self:Do NOT drink 5 pints of Guiness before you race an alley-cat again.EVER!
