    Sad news I'm afraid.Zack Speedfast,London's hardest working bicycle-courier,is calling it a day after 9 years slogging away over the cities' unforgiving tarmac.Speaking from an ashram on the outskirts of Chennai he said,"Aummmmm,my friends I have reached a state of great inner peace and contentment,I have found the path that leads to the end of suffering,I have finished with one-ups to W11."
    Londons' courier community is said to be gutted at the news.One of their number remarked,"We're f*ckin' gutted man!!!"
