    dear all,

I have a court appearance next month as a result of a collision with a bus and a lorry I had last year while working in London.

    *REMOVED DETAILS.*

I have never been to court before and was just wondering if anyone has any advice as to what I have to expect or what his defence might throw at me etc. Any advice is much appreciated!

    Cheers,

    jo (ex)452 reuter brooks

    Hey Jo!

I can't give you any advice-never been to court as "the victim"-but f*ck me you were lucky in that bus/lorry sandwich!I remember you having that accident but didn't know the full extent of it.That is hardcore.
Glad you're well and miss you.xx

I was at the court only to try to defend our squat eviction, which is not much help(the judge was so funny and sympathetic with us squatters tho).........so back to the point. I miss you too very much Jo!

    Jo,

you should call or email Roadpeace, the road crash victim's charity, which exists to help victims of road collisions.

I think you should probably remove the details in your first post, because it may be in contempt of court.
