for grabbing the bike this morning and trying to straighten things up for me. think i hit a pot hole by the looks of it, I went back and had a look after i got out of hospital this afternoon and there is a sunken metal service hole of some varitey. a good inch below the surface of the new tarmac.
after the paramedic left i got half way down york road and almost collapsed, no broken bones just a bout of " post concussion syndrome" so the doctors called it,which i think is a posh name now for concussion, a sprained wrist a badly bruised hip and a badly bruised shoulder. luckily the Helmet absorbed most of the Impact. left a huge crack in it. definitely saved me from some serious skull damage
