At the OTHER Duke - the one on Roger Street WC1.

If I owe you a pint or anything, this is your last chance.
  1.
Darwin's beer and a redhot. on me. Or if you're going to be in Amsterdam between the 10'th and 20th of September, Cafe' De' Gahper with a different shot. Or Dog & Duck, Maui around New Years. If it weren't for bad luck I'd have no luck at all, and yeah that fantastic travel itinerary is the result of bad luck.
  2.
Shazzam! Can you be bothered to carry that book around with you all day? If so I'll come grab it and buy you a goodbye stella.

Oh Kirk, I am tempted to alter my itinerary just to come and say hello to you in Amsterdam! But worry not - I'm going to rock up in Anchorage in 2013, to buy you a beer and demand a hot shower in return. You have been warned... :-D

    Jonty - absolutely!

Make sure you use a decent plumber dont get some half wit who turns up with a bit of masking tape to fix any leak as might hold just till plumber Drives off but soon leaks again
Dont know why you need a water heater over there if you want to feel real coldness try going into a certain advertisning company reception and be greeted with icy stare and more icy tone to be told the postrooom is round the back
I rem been a courier when the cold and rain was so bad you felt like crying essp when haiving to deliver down wapping high street on the cobbles in the pissing rain and the cold shivers when had to deliver to a certain block of flats on goswell road knowing bike locked up safe with decent D lock but knew it was a risk the fear of returning to bike saying a small pray it was still there
Without dout one of the most horrid gut wrenching feelings returning to where bike was locked and bike was gone that feeling of total despair anger and sadness anyone who has had a bike stole will know that feeling
Or anyone who wakes up in the morning next to me can confirm
