The epoxy shouldn't be reactive to the current(can't honestly be 100% though) the only issue would be current not passing equally through the whole fork and giving an uneven coat.
yea it was more the 200° cook job that I was thinking about. Apparently the epoxy has been known to bubble. I have read that industrial epoxy will return to full strength once cool while home stuff becomes brittle.
probs due to difference in hardeners, most home stuff generates it's own heat to kind of bake as you mix it whereas industrial stuff is baked to harden it... tbh i wouldn't do it to save the worry, forks accidents are not to be fucked with
