raprep technology is really interesting stuff but that article barely scratches the surface of how awesome they are and tries to add an elitist slant onto what was intended (and fortunately still is) to be an accessible technology.

also that bike is really ugly and nylon is shite, the guys at london met uni have a 3d printer that works in titanium. i'm gonna think of something to make with it once i've finished my house.

i like your thinking and if i had the money for the raw materials and a printer large enough i fucking would, sadly this is not the case. incidentally it was young (he's still young dammit!) supersam that put me onto the london met thing.
