I have a years experience with one shit (but nice) firm and one OK firm and after a short break I was hoping to start somewhere better but working 3 or 4 days per week instead of 5. I'd like to have an idea of what response I'd get before dropping in to companies so does it seem like a bad idea to be clear from the start or should I work a couple of weeks and then announce a sudden commitment elsewhere?
