I only watched a few minutes, slow internet. but I recall working for these cunts. Silly twat in the office fucked the pay so I had no cash over christmas. It wasn't a great deal of money but despite them being aware of the fuck up, the management still refused to do a sub.

    good docko.

That's what I meant, sorry if it wasn't clear: "pretty good mainstream meeedja coverage." = a load of shite.

Shite TV! ^ and agreed, a load of shite. Defenitly a shite company, remember doing a "secret" job for a controller, some sort of CV delivery/suss out the place job. What you see in the video is the reality, no "editing mistakes". (shite)

yeah and cue Henry cleverly disguised as a child molestor with special glasses and eighties style lycra so no one would know that he actually works for a toss off company.

Didn't watch the rest but it would have been funny to see him turn up at a squat party with a bag of K, some beers, and an ounce of weed to live 'the life' - 'After surviving a day in Londons killer traffic I'm gonna try to stay alive for the next six hours in a broken warehouse in a place called "Hackney Wick". Couriers have been partying here for centuries and theres usually ten deaths a night at these xtreme events' or similar.

    Is that guy's name Henry?
I've not spoken to him in years, but Henry doesn't ring a bell.
He has been working for Rico for ages. At least 10 years surely.
I've never been quite sure how bad Rico are. I've always assumed they were utter crap, but I rang up for a "Controller Wanted" ad a couple of years back. Mainly curious because the number wasn't one in my little black book. I wasn't really interested but I was in Clerkenwell and went in for a chat. Didn't see the guy in the clip. I was surprised that the job paid OK-ish.
If 300 cycle couriers die this year, maybe the rest of us will be earning decent money by the end of the summer.

sickfit- see any one of bill's bbc radio talking heads, the culture show's coverage of glasgow messengers... i'm sure there's more.

also i don't understand why you think it's an editing mistake? 3-400 deaths per year fits with the "OMGZ ITZ SO DANGEROUS!!!!111" narrative they were keeping to.

intentional mistake, to make it seem edgy or, honest mistake, because i don't think anyone is stupid enough to believe that 90% of the workforce dies every year.
