    Whilst working in the office today I noticed an email from City Sprint saying the Metro account with them is now open.A word of warning to any CS riders who get the Metro job,that will be my work you are picking up or dropping off so do the right thing and refuse any Metro work or you'll be dealing with a very upset Overdrive.Capiche?

    Looks like Marc Patten's been out in his suit again.
    Every time I see a City Sprint rider picking up, I think that there's a account they nicked from a firm that either currently pays, or used to pay, reasonable rates.
    And where were you last week (Thursday? Friday?) when I walked down a dug-up Great Sutton Street to deliver to Metro Towers and almost fell flat on my arse on the icy and narrow bit of pavement that Paddy had left people to work on?

    The fella I heard definitely came from within two miles of Drumcondra, OD.
    Thought it might be Bertie Ahern having a bit of a dig out when I heard the accent.
