    It'll mean invoices from agencies to clients go up. A City Sprint £3.94 minimum (Introduced as a response to certain other agencies offering City to EC/WC/W1 for £3.95 - how pathetic can this industry be?) rises from £4.63 on the invoice to £4.74.
    Marc Patton's probably been spending the Xmas holidays masterplanning furiously as to how he can cut riders' rates to avoid passing this huge increase on to his valued clients.
