Great one-handed swipe at a good lick on a one-way system. Hat went into the river a couple of minutes later... unless there was a boat underneath when I lobbed it. There's an urban myth that says Uncle Tom isn't allowed to issue tickets unless he's in full uniform - including hat. Is this true?
