    Any one use a helmet camera? Sick of getting hit and fobbed off by the law and insurance companies. Was thinking of getting a tandem with a priest or a judge on the back (or any other witness of impeccable character), but this might be lighter...

    It must have happened near Hounslow close to where he lives. The place is full of third-world immigrants who's value on human life is rather limited.

    These people act big but actually need a weapon, in this case a car, to square themselves. Try getting out of the car and man yourself up.

    CCTV footage would probably stand better ground than a personal video. The reason being anonymity of the capture thus making the evidence more neutral.
