    Anyone know if messengers can claim food allowance in their taxes in the uk?

    when i was working in Toronto you could claim $17 a day with out receipts

    As far as I know, you can't claim food as fuel without receipts, but you can claim food bought from cafes with receipts.

    How many claim 25p / mile tax allowance for bikes?
