the owner is a w@nker with a serious ego problem. There's no way I'd work for them. The rest of the staff seem super cool but he's a first class pr#ck.
i know of 2 messengers who enjoyed working there and a whole heap who hated it. when a courier has been barred from lots of companies they often find work at destinations, aka desperations.
i never worked for them because i'm far too awesome but they have a reputation.
Just finished a 5month stint with Destinations, i'm now getting out of the city and never coming back. They're a friendly bunch and reasonably conscientious when it comes to the distribution of work. The number of dockets over the months as varied from 10-25/day, a majority were at the higher end of the scale though, the rates aren't brilliant, but who's are at present and if you do a full week at least there's a bonus. Their infrastructure's pretty antiquated, which suited me just fine, pen and paper, non of that modern electronic touch screen booking device bullshit. Plus if you work hard they'll reward you with respect and the best jobs etc....
