Anyone rem when think was the first benjys that opened on London wall buy cup of coffee the size of a pint glass sit down and then get a job and end up throwing half of it away, unless it was a friday at which point either made your money and didnt give a toss either way
Have they ever done anything with the road on wapping wall is it still cobbles or they retarmacked it yet?

    who are you?

i remember benjy's- waiting till 3pm to get the cheap stuff and crossing my fingers there'd be a burrito for a quid. before that it was surviving on office sweets and amphetamines till 6pm when pret would put food in a bag outside for me.

as far as i know wapping wall's cobbles of death are protected to make the area feel like the rundown dock yard that hasn't been for many many moons. fine if you're driving a fat 4X4 to your riverside apartment, shit if you're delivering a cdr to some new meeja cuntsocks.

My first proper courier job was at A-Z back in 1994.I think they were bought out by City Sprint, not sure.I had one of those orange bags too.Today is one of those days where it's pissing down but you just accept it and it does'nt seem so bad then.
    Gotta go.

Hopefully stays buzy down there and ride safe
  1.
A-Z were bought out by Mach One.
I used to work for GLH (still going but seriously exploitative, Stuart Selley's still the C1 bike controller as far as I know) .... and London Link (bought out by Courier Systems, who are even more exploitative but you can make more money there than at GLH).... and at Metro - including in Jubilee Place - but it was more than 15 years ago.

And still no one knows who you are?
  2.
As I've said on here several times before, at least three reasonably regular posters on here definitely know who I am. It's not a big secret.
There are a few others who ought to know, but they're probably too spaced to work it out.
