abandoned? of course not. i would have updated the points for the dash 4 cash II but the 'producers' informed me it wasn't an 'alleycat', it was merely a sprint and therefore shouldn't count towards the series. comments on a postcard please, PO Box 666.

    1. Team PikeyDrive 1,100 points
    2. Jack the Tika 480 points
    3. Team Meatmarket 460 points

summary of the race. Pikey and Overdrive were not only the only epic couriers to enter the race, they also won 1,100 points by doing the checkpoint in Brighton ( other tasks included kissing each other ). Therefore, i think it is only fair they earn 100 points each in the alleycat points series. Absolute legendary team-manship. happy days.

Alright, well, going on the idea that if a boy/girl team won they would likely be awarded 100 points each it would seem only fair to offer those points to each of this pair of *kissy boys* ^^ :dinner:

Saying that, an alleycat with only two couriers in it. Does it really belong in this league??

Two couriers also manned checkpoints so that's four who were involved!

    So my answer is yes!!!

Apologies, I obviously haven't read the " Alleycat Point series instructions manual ", i wasn't aware the term "alleycat" could be applied only and strictly on the condition there are more than 2 couriers racing. Although there are more than 2 non-couriers with points in the league. And there were actually 3 couriers manning checkpoints! Not sure how all that works out..so for the sake of being pedantic how about we have a full defintion of what counts as an alleycat, and how exactly does one go about "applying " to the alleycat points series" ?
  2.
Alleycats are organised by couriers, everything else is a " Happychase ".
It doesn't matter who is racing unless the organiser of that particular Alleycat or Happychase has made restrictions.
But seeing as the only two people in the whole of the UK who care about the points competition are Dazzler and Overdrive they should probably decide on the criteria for awarding points, I'm not sure how this would work but one idea off the top of my head would be maybe DQ racers for spelling mistakes on their manifest if it means they're going to beat you in the points comp.

So we have to go through all this bollox again to see who can work out what a f*cking alleycat is?
Remeber the Dash for Cash debacle?F*ck the lot of ya!I'll batter you all.
Just put the points up for f*cks sake.

I cared for a bit when I was winning. Then people who are actually really good overtook me and so as far as I'm concerned you can all go to hell.

X - What's all this thinly veiled muck and oomshka about DQ'ing and treachery and such like??
It can be tough. I've had a couple of instances last couple of years where I've had to let other people win in the face of completely illegible manifests from the fastest riders, it never goes down well and never will. One easy rule I say. 'If you can't read it, you can't read it.' Simples. Try faxing an illegible signature over to a client who's lost a package and needs to trace it. Aint gonna work. Tough love.

See, it ain't just me and Uberdrizzler who cares! Updated..

So then, we haz our winners.

The fastest, most manliest, roughest and toughest, most popular on facebook , most committed, best looking, greyest and oldest courier in the whole of Londonland for the year 2009 is, by a considerable margin, the one and only, your friend and mine, the wiliest, the incorrigable, the unstoppable..

    John 'Overdrive' O' Driscoll.

Well done to the happychasing pack and to the ladies of whom Sara Skull was the victor.

Presentations to be made at a suitable time in the NY, maybe Rolla's Donkey Derby 3 which has been pencilled in for sometime soon..

In the meantime, anyone wanna take over the reins for a points championship 2010??

It's all on for 2010. I'm giving up the fags and racing seriously. It's all about performance. I'll see you losers from underneath my perch on top of the podium. I'm organizing a race in early february, mediaeval themed, like. To the winners, a small amount of glory, and to the losers, a grisly death...peace
