Got this advertised elsewhere, but thought I might pop it on here too.

Not necessarily a work bike, but for those with a preference to gears it would certainly fit the bill.

Bought it specifically to get a reliable geared road bike to do dunwich dynamo on last summer.
Purchased in MAy '08 so 9 months old,still have receipt.
Good condition, but it's been used so a few wear marks and scuffs.

Selling as I could never get it to "fit" the way I'd like and now I have a frame I can build to fit better.

size L compact geometry. 56 cm cc virtual top tube, 58.5 virtual seat tube, 56 cm CT actual seat tube.

Set up in photos is guestimated for someone just over 5'10" to 6' ish.
(I'm 6'2", but with very long legs and short body and had stupidly long seat post and Ahead extender thing.)

It's specced a bit better than OTP, with some cinelli 66-42 bars replacing the awful Giant flexy bars.
Better stem, 8cm long.
Rear mudguard fitted.
Allen key skewers rather than QR.
I've put the original saddle back on and original tyres although You'll probably change both these to your preference though.
Aluminium double butted frame etc etc, Shimano Tiagra 9 speed and triple rings for 27 gears. new chain and new cables. Ignore the Cross top levers in photos, I was going to sell those with it, but I'm keeping them so price reduced.

A great training bicycle or commuter or as intended a sportive/audax racer.
Stiff where it needs to be and cushioned where you want it.

£280. Bargain.
