    erm, first post on MT. I'm not a courier but some of you know me from london fakengersandsinglespeed.com :-)

    I've got a spare pair of mtb shoes up for grabs. used for a couple of years, so reasonably worn in but going for free so I figured someone might want them.

    soles have a plenty of tread but I use atacs and they're worn enough for the new set of cleats to strike the ground. So these would be better used with spd's or something that are a little thinner than atacs.
