    I'm having a clear out of stuff and came across my long-ago retired Manhattan Portage messenger bag. It's this one, but in black:

    Bought in NYC no less back in 2003. Model is 1610, size large.

    Pretty big, with a full yellow vinyl lining, so waterproof. Doesn't have all the fancy bits of PAC bags...no strap for the other shoulder.

    I've never been a bike messenger, it's still in very good shape even after a few years' use. I stopped using it because I started using a backpack to save my shoulder and neck muscles.

    Free to anyone who'll collect from Waterloo.
