    Got caught jumping a red light on New Cavendish and hopping over Portland Place. 30 quid down. Gutted!

    I got one not so long ago, and my gf reminded me that I once said to her that 'if you're going too fast to spot the cops, then you probably shouldn't be running the lights...'

    Grrrr.

    I got pulled over a week ago randomly by a cop car, and got fined for jumping the lights for a left turn 13 blocks before-hand?! They were apparently following me, and were a few cars back? I think they either bored or gotta hit targets at the moment. Noticed them out in droves (yes, the technical collective term) as far as N16. Over 3 lights I counted 18 on a SUNDAY! Its like a rash, they seem to be spreading!

    Best story I ever heard was Nick jumping 11 lights in a row whilst being followed. Can you imagine having a £330 bill in 15min! Makes £30 not seem so bad after all :) (Luckily the story ended well...)

    Has anyone ever been chased by overweight lycra'd policemen on their ridiculous bikes? "Instigating police chase for throwing muffins" etc ...
