dont worry; i'm just suffering from CCIS - cycle courier isolation syndrome. the doctor says that when brum's demand for sameday delivery of envelopes, small packages and small boxes under 10kg increases twentysevenfold, the symptoms will disappear. he also says the symptoms will improve slightly when i go to london on august bank holiday. in the meantime he has prescribed a daily dose of strong alcoholic beer such as dragon stout.
BTW will if you're worried about iron either take a supplement or eat more red meat.
