Where were you born? Tel Aviv, Israel.
How long have you been a courier?/were you a courier? 5 years.
What do you do now? A firefighter.
Who do/did you ride for? Scream.
What was your first bike? A ‘Chasin Rainbow’. Little blue thing with chopper handle bars and long, glittery banana seat. Awesome.
What do you ride now? Fix, road and xc. Gave up on the DH. Too much money, too many injuries.
What’s the best docket you’ve ever been given? Liverpool.
What’s the worst thing about being a courier? Rain, cold, wind.
What’s the best thing about being a courier? Sun, warmth.
Describe your childhood in 3 words. Fun, bikes, skateboards.
What is your earliest memory? Going over a jump on my Chasin Rainbow and going over the handlebars and splitting my head open on half a brick sitting on the landing. walking home and a guy asked if I needed help. I told him my mum doesn’t let me talk to strangers and kept going. My white school shirt was soaked red when i got home.
Who are your heroes? Walshy, Joel McHale, Marky Mark (not that one). Marky Mark fixed my bike more times than I care to remember. I can’t believe he didn’t throw them back at me every time I walked back in.
What’s on your music player? White noise to help Jasper sleep.
What’s the best piece of clothing/equipment you carry? Was my Pac bag, best picee of kit. Hands down. Now, it’s all pretty important.
What advice would you give to any wannabe couriers? It’s just a job man.
What’s the best lunch deal in town? £3.80 please!
What’s the best chat-up line you’ve ever given to/received by a receptionist? Geez, there’s been so many I couldnt possibly remember.

What one thing would improve the quality of your life? Nothing. I love my life. Although a little more sleep wouldn’t go astray.
Who’d play you in the film of your life? Will Ferrell.
What would be your catch-phrase? It’s not my fault.
It’s the dream dinner party – what 5 guests are there? Walshy, Marky Mark, Andy White, Iron Mike and my lovely wife Marion to cook. She’s such a good cook. Actually I’d have to get Andy’s wife Melody in as well, she’s a great cook too!
What has your been your proudest moment/greatest achievement? Seeing my son Jasper born just over 4 months ago. So amazing.
If you could go back and edit the past is there anything you would change? Nah, it’s all been pretty damn good.
What’s the worst job you’ve ever done? Cleaning toilets. Came to work one morning and there was a shit on the toilet seat. I started swearing and carrying on saying “it’s not my job to do that” and “No way I’m cleaning that up”. Then I thought hang on a minute, it is my job to clean that up. Big wake up call when cleaning up shit is your job. I’m pretty sure I quit not long after that.
What is the most important lesson life on the road has taught you? Friends that work in bike shops will keep you on the road to learn more lessons about life.
How would you like to be remembered? Kind and good at my job.

You have a time machine – where would you go? About 500 years into the future. I’m just so curious to see where we’re going to end up. We’re just going at leaps and bounds at the moment.
You are allowed to pass one new law – what is it? Jail drunk drivers. They always get off man.
How do you relax? Anything when the baby sleeps. doesn’t matter what it is as long as he’s asleep!
